“Love Never Fails, Ever-After, Everywhere”, a poem from L.Willows

Love Never Fails, Ever-After, Everywhere

If you have lost one
May your arms feel full
Let the day be brightened by
Streams of love’s till.

As you hope still
Have faith in this hour
Let time be your witness as burdens are pleaded.
This is the space where God’s mercies are needed.

Then your heart will
Be wrapped in all care
Softened and nourished, though the one is not there.
Love never fails, never-lost, ever-after. It is forever. It is everywhere.

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.
Psalm 143:8

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
1 Corinthians 13:13

Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget,
I will not forget you!
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are ever before me.
Isaiah 49:15-16

“From Heaven’s Glove”, a worship poem from LWillows

From Heaven’s Glove

I know some circles called ‘my heart’,
Far from here they do not part.
Lines begin to shred and fray
When they wander, when they stray.

Called to be by unseen sway
Here they rest, here they stay.
Coddled all beside one Guest,
A might that gathers all as Blessed.

When the winds of life become
Stormed, or rifted, pulled by some –
Here within a Love abides
Comfort tendered from all sides.

Drawn like dew from heaven’s glove,
Soaked into each circle of –
Heart of mine with wanting love
Given all from God above.

“I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you established your faithfulness in heaven itself.” Psalm 89:2

“‘Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,’ says the Lord, who has compassion on you.” Isaiah 54:10

“My all was His River, Blessed Freed in Love’s Plea” a freedom praise poem from LWillows

FreedomiinChristBELOVED
I longed to be free, to unencumber, unbind,
To loosen the gristle that clung to heart’s twine.
What I saved from the past now was held, stood still;
It had wrapped me in slivers of a shrapnel grille.

My spirit felt soar, it could climb, it could dream.
Within were the seeds of The Lord’s harvest seen.
Oh, holiest reach all within was at hand,
But the heart; the mortal – such death kept its stand.

Morning next I awoke to a sacrifice given,
From the depths of my soul, a hallowed grace-driven.
Split apart like a dessert that rose for God’s sea,
My all was His river, Blessed, freed by Love’s plea.
Poured and awakened, I had been set free.

We celebrate Freedom, we have the honor of freedom in this country, what a gift. I woke today in awe of an even greater gift, God’s Grace, the wondrous life given in the Walk with Jesus Christ. Scripture whispered in my heart as I woke. Verses drifted by. I was overcome with what I have been given. I realized that nothing was more important than the Freedom that life in The Spirit of Holiness in Grace and This Freedom. I looked at everything in my life, each small burden, and the larger ones. I met with the ones that seemed insurmountable. Everything took a new perspective. With Jesus, it is all changed. With Jesus, I become Free. I do not belong to the hills and valleys that shift like the sands of a desert. Everything parts in front of me and a Holy River opens wide with a Blessing as His Spirit Floods everything with God’s Goodness, Mercy, and Love. This is the Sea, the parting, and the Freedom. It is the Grace received. It is the Love of Christ on a morning of awakened Freedom. ~ Linda

2 Corinthians 3:17
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

John 8:36
So if the Spirit set you free, you will be free indeed.

Galatians 5:1
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

“Day calls Glory by Name” a worship poem from L.Willows

Day calls Glory by Name…
throughout all- our hearts and lives can reach; rest and find Strength in God

When the world quakes with lives that suffer and plead;
Hearts break and unwind, all our buffers recede.
Night whispers do groan from the might of God’s girth.
A moaning that aches in plights of His Earth.

The battle that calls us; the weak and the strong,
to stand up and walk in the fires that grow long:
It defies us to slumber, to harden or to rest
and motions our souls to embolden the quest.

No hunger nor thirst could deny such a call
when lives turn to face the redeem of God’s All.
In the midst of all rumbles and darkened night mists,
We turn to the One that receives our heart’s lists.

When our lives are reborn to the soul of Love’s seed.
Mortal hearts will revive in a Graced intercede.
Blessed then with a dare and the faith to proclaim
Our Lord’s light as day, His Glory by Name.

Naming “The Glory” is none other than that of Our Lord, Christ Jesus. When we call upon The Light of The World which is God we can walk in that Light. Our lives are reborn to Love.

1John 1:5-7
This is then the message we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in the darkness, we lie and do not (live) the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ Son cleanseth us from all sin.
