Love Spill ~a poem by Linda Willows
While gone thee now,
the heart knows not..
it beats
still daring
life its lot.
Landscapes
shifted overnight;
soft illusions
came for light.
Delicates
scraped and
scripted
note…
Love reduced
to sifted quote.
While gone thee now,
the heart knows not still..
it beats
life caring,
daring love spill.

“the heart knows not still… it beats” is so well said and well captured.

You captured a wonderful softness, and yearning in your poem, and you image accents it perfectly! I can feel the hunger for His presence! Beautifully written, dear Linda, Wendell.
